Follow Below Steps to Fix Audio Problems
1. Run Audio Troubleshooter to know the exact problem. to open audio troubleshooter Click on Start and Go to Control Panel-System And Security-Review your computer status-troubleshooting-Hardware and Sound-troubleshooting audio Problem
2. Open Device Manager setting to check weather Audio driver installed or not
To open Device Manager Go to→ Control panel - System and Security - System in the left pane click on Device Manager
3. Reinstall Audio Driver depends on System Manfacturer
4. After Checking Driver Status check Sound Settins
To Open Sound Settings: Go to Control Panel - Hardware and Sound- Sound Settings
